Triggers that can result in smoking habit

Smoking triggers are not the same for all; it differs from one person to the other. The following are the top and universal triggers for a smoker:
Mornings: Most of the smokers like to have a cigarette with their bed tea.
Other smokers: If we are around with smokers, it will make us to adopt the habit very soon.
Stress: When we experience stressful situations we start to smoke more thinking that it is a way to relax but the truth is introducing large quantity of nicotine to the blood stream will increase the stress level.
After the meal: Almost all smokers will have this habit of smoking immediately after a meal.
Alcohol: This beverage has some stimulating components which give the euphoric feeling. So while drinking alcohol we will smoke more than usual and wind up with a sore throat.
Office break time: This is very common trigger. In this time we will smoke more than usual thinking that this is the only relaxing time between the hectic works.
Driving: while traveling long trip in a car, usually smokers like to smoke more because of the bore time, small space, and loneliness.
