  3. Research shows that there are almost 4000 chemicals in one cigarette and the worst part is that none of these chemicals actually help our body in any way. All these chemicals can be termed as destruction chemicals.
  4. Nicotine is present in cigarettes which make a person addict and also raises blood pressure and results in fast heart beats.
  5. Due to continuous or regular smoking a person can make blood clots in his body which hampers the proper blood circulation to the heart.

One should quit smoking as it is dangerous for health. There is nothing good which can be given by a cigarette to life.
