Quit Smoking with Natural Oils

Essential oils can be your helping pal if you are seriously thinking to quit smoking. There are several mixtures available in this regard. It means, not a single oil is more effectively to help you in quitting smoking. You need to take them in combinations. First of them is the combination of lavender, marjoram, palmarosa, frankincense, cedar wood, vetiver and geranium. While preparing the mixture, you need to take 10 drops of each of the above oils and mix it with jojoba oil. You can put the mixture on the handkerchief of the smoker or can put on a pot and tell the concerned person to inhale it. You need to do this again and again for a weak, when the person carves for smoking.

Black pepper oil is also highly beneficial in this regard. You can put some drops of black pepper on a cotton ball and advice the person to inhale while there is an urge to smoke. Along with, you can advice the person to have a bottle peppermint, or cinnamon with him/her. He/she can inhale the bottle when there is strong feeling to have a cigarette.
