Cold Turkey quitting is a popular way of quitting smoking. It is a process in which one would choose to quit smoking almost instantly. This is as such an abrupt process. No planning is prepared in this process of quitting smoking. There are no usages of any kind of smoking cessation aids in this process. This is a “without preparation” type of quitting process. Cold turkey quitting process has quite a long history and can be seen being used in the annals of history.
