What people should not take prescription smoking pills?

The side effects of quit smoking pills are numerous. They include nausea, behavioral changes, depression, hostility, suicidal thoughts, and skin allergies and so on. This clearly indicates that not all people can take these pills. So then what people should not take prescription smoking pills?

The answer to this question is:

  • People with hypertension – If you are suffering from hypertension, the prescription smoking pills are certainly NOT for you. They might cause depression or nausea or a general fluctuation in the blood pressure which can prove fatal for you.
  • Pregnant ladies and breast feeding mothers- Any of the above mentioned symptoms are just not good for any lady who is pregnant. They can also cause adverse effects on the baby.
  • People who suffer or have suffered from any kind of kidney problems.
  • Those who were a patient of depression in the past or any other kind of disease related to mental well being.
  • The ones who have suffered nicotine withdrawal symptoms earlier in life. These will be the people who have tried to quit smoking earlier also.
  • Patients who are taking medicines like Insulin, any kind of blood thinners or any inhalers.
