So when you quit smoking, your body will start healing itself just after 20 minutes of quitting. Chances of heart attack will decrease thereby enhancing you life quality years. It is said that if you smoke cigarette you will decrease 5 minutes from you life. By now, you can yourself measure “heal” you will get after quitting.
